Terms & Conditions:

1. A one night deposit is required to make a reservation.
2. The balance is payable on arrival.
3. The room(s) will not be booked if the card details have not been entered.
4. 7 days notice must be given for any cancellation to obtain a full refund less a £10 processing charge.
5. If the notice is less than 7 days but the room can be re-booked for the whole period of the original dates the deposit is refunded in full less a £10 processing charge.
6. In the event of a cancellation on or after the arrival date no refund will be given.
7. Our minimum booking period is for 2 nights unless a 1 night booking has been accepted.
8. Any amendments and cancellations are to be made via the reservations email   "reservations@martelguesthouse.co.uk"  quoting the reservation number and obtaining a cancellation code.
9. Prices may be subject to change E&OE.
