A lot of people remark on how nice the stained glass windows in the hall are. They are the original windows when the house was built circa 1912.
Originally built for a fairly wealthy family that had servants (see the original maid's room buzzers by the dining room) a few years after the Golders Green area started to expand, the house stood in its own ground but later in the 1920's had semi-detached houses built either side of it.
